This was made back when both IBM and MicroSoft were evil.
This was based on the now-ancient joke that equivocated the name "OS/2" with a mathematical expression. The joke was old even back when I made this. Still, it made a good excuse for making an animation. It also made me aware just how hard it can be to do things that are conceptually quite simple.
The weird part about this is that I used VideoScape, a 3D rendering package, to create what was inherently a 2D animation. I guess that old saw about, "When you have a hammer, everything looks like a nail," has some truth to it.
